Notice is hereby given that Redwood Trust Deed Services, Inc., as trustee, or successor trustee, or substituted trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Petaluma Mushroom Farm, Inc., a California corporation Recorded on 11/18/2004 as Instrument No. 2004174764 in Book -- Page -- of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Sonoma County, California, and pursuant to the Notice of Default and Election to Sell thereunder recorded 01/12/2006 in Book -- Page -, as Instrument No. 2006004743 of said Official Records, will sell on 05/10/2006 The Administration Drive entrance to the Administration Building, 575 Administration Drive Santa Rosa, CA at 11:30 A.M. at public auction to the highest bidder for cash (payable at the time of sale in lawful money of the United States), all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State hereinafter described: Commencing in the middle of the county road commonly known as the "Thompson Lane", at a point which is South 1/4° East, 24 chains and 37 links from the intersection of the centerline of the two county roads commonly known as "Thompson Lane", and the "Skillman Lane", which said point is also the Northwest corner of the property described in that certain Deed Gustave Pfersching and wife, to Anna J. Reed, dated February 6, 1915 and recorded in Book 330 of Deeds, Page 29, from said point running along the middle of the "Thompson Lane", South 1/4° East, 4 chains and 39 links to a point which is the point of commencement of the tract herein described, running thence North 3/4° East, along a heavy woven wire fence 15 chains to a point in the picket fence line on the West bank of a creek, said last mentioned fence being the Eastern boundary line of the "Thompson Orchard Farm", running thence South 1° West, along and with the said Eastern boundary fence along the West bank of the creek 4 chains and 70 links to the stake marked "G" at the Easterly corner of the "Thompson-Williams" (formerly) fence; thence along and with the line of said last mentioned fence, South 85° West, passing through the stake marked "5" in the line of the old road fence 14 chains and 87 links to the center of the county road know as the "Thompson Lane"; and thence along with the centerline of said last mentioned county road North 1/4° West, 4 chains and 59 links to the point of commencement. The total amount of the unpaid balance of the obligation secured by the property to be sold and reasonable estimated costs, expenses and advances at the time of the initial publication of the Notice of Sale is: $528,802.80 In addition to cash, the Trustee will accept a cashier's check drawn on a state or national bank, a check drawn by a state or federal credit union or a check drawn by a state or federal savings and loan association, savings association or savings bank specified in Section 5102 of the Financial Code and authorized to do business in this state.
